FIT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Four unique class types all designed to get you the cycling workout you crave. With 29 classes per week we have something for everyone.
Come lose yourself to the beat in this music driven ride. Designed to help burn calories, sweat and have fun, while cycling to the beat of a variation of musical styles. This is a multi-level class.
DRILLS & HILLS (D&H)
This drill based cycling class is focused on intensity and power input. Perfect for the experienced rider looking to improve speed and endurance!
Looking for an enhanced challenge on the bike? This ride is for you! Experience all types of training drills with intervals, runs, sprints and climbs to heart pumping music.
CYCLE + TRX
Come ride with us for 45 min of intense cycling followed by 20 min of TRX Training in our Group Exercise Studio. Please pre-register 24 hours in advance for the class. May opt for TRX or CYCLE segment alone.
Reservations for Spin classes are recommended. Sign up with reception (604-465-8955) 24 hours in advance to reserve a bike. If your preferred time is already full, we will add your name to our waitlist and call you if a spot opens up. If you've made a reservation and cannot attend please call reception (604-465-8955) to cancel.
