Fit Cycle Class Schedule
Our FitCycle schedule offers over 25 classes per week. Four different styles of ride to suit your needs and preferences.
Sign up with reception (604-465-8955) 24 hours in advance to reserve a bike.
Update (as of June 1, 2020):
Due to smaller class capacity required for physical distancing, all classes will be on reservation basis.
Please call 604-465-8955, or book class in person at least 25 hours prior to class time.
Added Group Exercise Safety Guidelines
Floor Markers & Bikes are positioned on the floor to ensure safe physical distancing. Please obey floor markers for your safety and the safety of others.
Please come prepared for class. Once in class and on marker we ask you do not leave unless an emergency situation.
Water fountains are not in operation at this time. Please bring a water bottle with you to class.
Weights and equipment have been sanitized prior to class. Spray bottles and paper towels are available if you wish to re-sanitize
Please leave equipment in place when class is over. Our staff will sanitize and put away.

Reservations for cycling classes are recommended. Sign up with reception (604-465-8955) 25 hours in advance to reserve a bike. If your preferred time is already full, we will add your name to our waitlist and call you if a spot opens up. If you've made a reservation and cannot attend please call reception (604-465-8955) to cancel.
Please note, due to the popularity of our FitCycle classes, we've implemented the following policies:
* Reserve your class up to 25 hours in advance.
* Maximum of one reservation per day (you may go on a waitlist for another).
* Leaving during a class to sign up for another is strictly prohibited.
* One month reservation suspension after three "no shows."
* No late comers! Once the class begins there should be no disruptions.
