Fitness Experience: I have been a Personal Trainer for 15 years and I have been with Fitness Unlimited for the past 8 years. I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow, there are so many exciting things happening in the fitness industry. Most recently, I obtained my BCRPA Group Exercise Certification and my Anthropometric Measurement course.
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-being: "You get out of your workout what you put into it".
I am passionate about health and fitness. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals. My clients inspire me and I am so proud of how far they have come on their own personal fitness journey that I can often be heard bragging about their successes. I understand first hand that health challenges can affect energy levels and make it difficult to stay dedicated to a workout program and I can help you with that.
About Me: I am a busy mother of two adult daughters and one young daughter. I am also a grandmother of two. My fitness journey began many years ago when I quit smoking and began running. In my spare time I love working out, running, gardening, walking, refinishing furniture and of course a little shopping.

Fitness Experience: I have been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1988. I have been working as a BCRPA Certified Weight Trainer at Fitness Unlimited since 2001. I enjoy immensely training both the Novice and more advanced fitness seeker, designing fun and innovative programs to challenge them while still having FUN! I have also just completed my BCRPA Group Exercise Certification.
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-being: I am a firm believer of functional training as it translates into your daily life. Health and fitness has long been an integral part of my life and I enjoy immensely being able to pass on this lust to others.
About Me: I started weight training in 1979 after the birth of my 1st child as a way of 'getting back' into shape. However, this newly found interest quickly became my passion. I've worked in the fitness industry since 1988 and as a BCRPA Certified Weight Trainer since 2001. I've enjoyed trail running since 2005, or also known as 'Mother Nature's Treadmill'. I am the proud mother of 2 incredible children Chris and Alicia, who have followed their mom with a passion for fitness and 2 beautiful grandchildren Parker and Peyton and also have two loving grandpuppies Tater Tot and Maverick.
Why I Train: I train to help me maintain my personal health and it also allows me to stay young and happy...

Fitness Experience: I have been active all my life, growing up in South America I was always inspired by my father who was very fit, running my first mini-marathon at the age of 11. While in South America, I was a tour guide/owner-operator for our spearfishing business. I went on to teach Zumba and various other classes and have been a Personal Trainer since 2016. I am new to Fitness Unlimited and can not wait to start training clients and getting to know everyone. I have experience training clients of all ages and abilities with a focus on mobility and functional training.
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: My life is enhanced by physical activity and I wish to transmit this to everybody. Feeling strong and healthy can increase our well-being physically and mentally.
Why I Train: I train to feel strong and continue to be mobile and prevent injury. I also have two very active boys and I want to keep up with them and be able to outrun them!
