The main focus of the Group Exercise Department at Fitness Unlimited is the safety of our participants during a workout. Please feel free to approach any instructor if you need direction regarding the level of class appropriate for your fitness goals. Our instructors are here to help you achieve your desired results. All instructors are B.C.P.R.A. certified and have Fitness First Aid and C.P.R. Please review our Group Exercise safety tips before attending a class.

Muscle Hustle – Following principles of HIIT & Tabata, this metabolic functional movement conditioning class will improve your endurance and strength. Bodyweight cardio/strength/core work will be enhanced by use of Gliders, Resistance Band or Stability Balls to keep you moving and challenged
