STATUS: ACCEPTING CLIENTS
Fitness Experience: I have been a Personal Trainer for 15 years and I have been with Fitness Unlimited for the past 8 years. I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow, there are so many exciting things happening in the fitness industry. Most recently, I obtained my BCRPA Group Exercise Certification and my Anthropometric Measurement course.
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-being: "You get out of your workout what you put into it".
I am passionate about health and fitness. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals. My clients inspire me, and I am so proud of how far they have come on their own personal fitness journey that I can often be heard bragging about their successes. I understand firsthand that health challenges can affect energy levels and make it difficult to stay dedicated to a workout program, and I can help you with that.
About Me: I am a busy mother of two adult daughters and one young daughter. I am also a grandmother of two. My fitness journey began many years ago when I quit smoking and began running. In my spare time, I love working out, running, gardening, walking, refinishing furniture and of course, a little shopping.

DANIKA BEDARD – PT
My biggest dream is to share my love of fitness with as many people as I can. I love helping others, pushing others, and inspiring others. In my opinion, passion takes you way further in life than anything else. Starting a fitness journey isn't always easy, but if you have the right guidance, you can really learn to love the process. My fitness journey started at the age of 7 when I joined the Langley Olympians Swim Club. This took up all my time and gave me so many memories and experiences. However, like most athletes, they don't continue it for their whole lives and make a career out of it. After I stopped swimming at the age of 16, I didn't want to stop being active, so I took up the gym. I went through many phases, as most people do, of not knowing where to start, only training cardio, and overtraining with weights. After a few years, I managed to get a routine down, and I look forward to going every day. I want to help not only retired athletes but also young people or anyone who's new to the gym and might feel overwhelmed. Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and nobody's judging you like you may think they are!
