For sure. All our Fit Classes are co-ed.
Absolutely. Our instructors will coach you on alternative exercises when you encounter an exercise that is not appropriate for you. Let the instructor help you with exercise selection.
No limitations, but your instructor will have helpful tips for your comfort and safety so please let them know before class - they will keep a watchful eye over you.
When you feel ready to begin exercising again pay close attention to your body, self pace during class (take breaks when needed), let your instructor know, reduce your effort or maybe do a half class and build up your tolerance so that you have a safe re-entry to your exercise program.
We recommend a light meal such as yogurt and fruit, or ½ a shake no sooner than an hour before class. We also recommend another light meal of protein and complex carbohydrates within 20 minutes of exercise.
